Harvesting at the right moment

Nature decides when it’s time to harvest, so we keep a constant eye on our crops. Our harvesting schedule is flexible to account for unpredictable climate and weather conditions as the seasons progress, and our process works exactly the same way in Portugal as in the Netherlands.

Sustainable harvest

How do we harvest sustainably? By closely monitoring the growing process as well as the weather and other conditions. We use nets to guard against bugs and other curious creatures, and also to protect our crops from extreme weather conditions. We also limit the use of pesticides and fertilizer during the growth process.
